I could not have had a better experience with ACE. I called about an alarm system one morning and had a technician at my home that afternoon to discuss my options and customize the system. The alarm was installed and running the next day! A few weeks later, we realized we had a problem with one of the sensors. I called ACE and again they sent someone out the same day to replace the broken hardware and reconfigure my system. The customer service is unbelievable!

Everyone I've spoken to at ACE has been polite, accommodating, and dedicated to ensuring the system is perfect. Also, the free smartphone app is awesome- I can control my alarm and monitor my home from anywhere! It definitely adds piece of mind while traveling!
